Mediation Fees
- Half Day Mediation: Flat fee of $950.00 per party
- Full Day Mediation: Flat fee of $1,900.00 per party
Mediation fees are negotiable depending on the complexity of the matter as well as the ability of the parties to pay.
Arbitration Fees
Single Arbiter:
- Half day Arbitration: Flat fee of $2,000 per party
- Full day Arbitration: Flat fee of $4,000 per party
Arbitration panel: Fees to be determined by agreement of panel.

Attorney Fees
Tanner Garth accepts representation on a contingency fee basis where appropriate to the dispute. Hourly fees are negotiated on a case by case basis.
